My dear Grindle,
Many thanks for your letter No.
82770/31 of the 6th February. I am afraid that
I have been rather remiss in not replying to it
earlier, but I have had a good deal to do, and I
knew that there was little urgency in the matter.
I have redrafted my note on the
lines suggested by Wellesley, and trust that it
will give the information required. I have not
referred to the photographs which I sent with my
earlier note, but they can, if you wish, be
attached to this one.
Yours sincerely,
Sir Gilbert Grindle, K.C.M.G., C.B.,
Colonial Office,
Downing Street
LONDON, S.W.1,
ENGLAND.
